Club coach John Hall, assisted by David Cload managed the evening, sorting the pupils and Academy players into two teams. For many of the pupils this was their first taste of cricket, and for a good number the first time they have even seen a game. Such is the loss of exposure of the game on terrestrial TV.

The evening was a great success and a good return for all the hard work John puts in to coaching at the school during the summer.

We hope that some of the pupils and their parents return in the spring of '24 to join our academy to start their journey to being senior Outwood players in 10 years time.
